The Acadia Assessor website currently offers an enhanced subscription to access information from the Assessor's online database. It provides additional information such as property class descriptions, recorded values and units, total assessed value, homestead value, taxable value, and deed information, if available. This subscription type requires a valid login (username and password). The enhanced account can be obtained by clicking here. It costs $200 for a period of 1 year. Payment can be made with a valid credit card via Verisign, a secure web payment site.

Once the payment transaction is approved, you will immediately obtain an enhanced user account.
